Sysdyne's operations platform runs the dispatch and delivery workflows of commercial construction customers every day. The front end had accumulated years of over-engineering, and the cost of adding each new module was climbing.

What I owned

• Owned front-end architecture across order management, customer data, products, and accounting workflows
• Led modernization of the legacy application, directing AI refactoring with Claude and Gemini alongside MCP servers rather than patching it developer by developer
• Built real-time dashboards for trucking logistics, dispatch visibility, and operational event monitoring
• Designed mapping and geofencing systems to optimize route planning and job-site operations
• Directed offshore engineering resources and established engineering best practices
• Partnered on hiring and technical evaluation for leadership candidates

Outcome

Technical debt reduced and maintainability improved across a codebase that had been resisting change, with agentic tooling absorbing the duplicative work under human review.
