Built the dashboard and wire-transfers portal for an alternative-investment hedge fund, including SWIFT and Fedwire integrations.
Context
An alternative investment hedge fund inside Wells Fargo needed a dashboard and a wire transfers portal, with money movement running through SWIFT and the Federal Reserve Wire Network.
What I owned
- Built the hedge fund dashboard and the wire transfers portal using React 16+, Redux, and styled-components
- Developed APIs for SWIFT, the Federal Reserve Wire Network, and local and remote server communication
- Managed server configuration with Java and Tomcat, working against MongoDB and SQL databases
- Contributed custom components to Helios, the firm's proprietary React component library
- Integrated ag-Grid and D3.js charts for high-volume tabular and visual data
Outcome
A production money-movement interface in one of the most heavily regulated environments in software, plus components adopted into the firm's shared library.
